Wiza Hidayat, ST, GP, IPU, ASEAN Eng | CEO
Wiza is an entrepreneur, engineer & designer with a mission to enable people to have a happy, healthy, and comfortable space to work.
Wiza has delivered more than 200 workplaces transformation projects and passionately improves the well-being of individuals through creative office design where the innovative minds have a purposeful space to collaborate.
Wiza earned his Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). Wiza is also a certified Greenship Professional as his vision to shape the future for a better world.
Fahmi Adi Cahya, SSn | MARKETING DIRECTOR
Fahmi is the leading strategist for the business development and corporate communications professional.
Fahmi earned a Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication Design from Ars International and Product Design and he also studied Product Design from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).
Fahmi has vast experiences in managing corporate communication and marketing campaign as well as visual design and creative works. In 2022, his works are winning an “Excellence in Content Marketing” Awards from Marketing Interactive Asia, named his digital illustration works for “Permen FOX’S” as the first product launch on NFT Platform.
Annisa Paramadina, ST, IAI | PROJECT DIRECTOR
Annisa is a natural fit for the interior design industry. She is not only a creative talent, but also a strong and tireless project manager who drives synergy within a project team of the most diverse and talented personalities.
She has a detailed understanding of client needs sharpened by her dedication over the decades.
Annisa holds a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from Indonesia Islamic University, Yogyakarta.
Larasati Ramadhina, ST | VP & HEAD OF DESIGN
Laras holds Bachelor Degree in Architecture from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung.
Laras has a comprehensive experience in a number of interior projects. She has capacities in handling various clients & projects such as Texcal, Allianz, Pertamina, Astra, and Icon+. Her works in both Pertamina & Antam office won “Gold Winner for Workspace Interior” from APR Awards in 2021 & 2022.
Thalia Gracia Meicy Karno, ST | VP & HEAD OF DESIGN
Thalia holds Bachelor Degree in Architecture from Pancasila University. Previously, Thalia worked in Merdeka Ronov Indonesia (2015 – 2016) and joined Arkadia in 2016 as an Architect.
Creative & out of the box thinker, she works closely with a number of multinational companies such as Allianz, Concentrix, Petronas, Shell, DHL, HSBC, Zalora, and Alfamart.
She was also involved in leading one of Arkadia’s international operations to renovate the TomTom office in Kuala Lumpur – Malaysia and Sydney – Australia in 2018.
Refina Azanna, ST | VP & HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Fina holds Bachelor Degree in Architecture from Trisakti University, Jakarta.
Fina involved in many exciting brands and clients in projects such as Teleperformance, Doehler, ZALORA, Allianz, PNM, Lawson, Coca-Cola, and Concentrix.
Nenda Minerva, ST | VP & HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Nenda holds Bachelor Degree in Architecture from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta.
Self-driven and highly passionate in interior, Nenda enjoys working on extraordinary creative solution in handling various fitting out projects for DHL, Unicef, Motorola, Ponta, Forbes Marshall, Jala, Apical, and Verita.
Khornelia Maya Refina, S.Ars | VP & HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Maya holds a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from Trisakti University, Jakarta
Maya is dedicated to delivering well-coordinated and effective solutions across various projects. She has worked on diverse projects for clients such as Lazada, Concentrix, Mirae Asset, Bomba, Mazars, IFCCI, Hasnur Group, and Indo Container Lines, consistently ensuring the alignment of design goals with client expectations.
