Our CEO, Wiza Hidayat, was invited as a speaker at Design Talk, which is a series of events at the Jakarta Interior Design Festival 2024 organized by the Indonesian Interior Designers Association (HDII) on October 24th 2024 at Indovickers Office.

This event focused on the theme “Shaping The Future: Creativity and Sustainability”, highlighting the crucial role of creativity and sustainable innovation in design, and how these elements can shape a more efficient and environmentally friendly future.

The office interior design landscape and office renovation is rapidly changing due to the pandemic, technological advancements, and growing emphasis on wellness and sustainability. Hybrid work models, energy-efficient solutions, and wellness-focused designs are becoming increasingly important. As we move towards the 2030s, office trends will prioritize wellness, energy efficiency, sustainability, and adaptable workspaces to meet the preferences of presence work culture.

Wiza underscored that sustainability can be both impactful and cost-effective, saying, “To emphasize sustainability, use waste materials as decorative elements within the office.” His approach turns waste materials into functional decor, allowing companies to minimize costs while making a positive environmental impact.

Through events like Design Talk, Wiza highlighted the essential role of innovative office design spaces in building a greener, adaptable future for workplaces across Indonesia.
