Wiza Hidayat, CEO of Arkadia Works, has been appointed as an AFEO Honorary Member by the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations (AFEO), a distinction awarded to distinguished engineers for their exceptional contributions to the advancement of engineering and sustainable development across the ASEAN region.

The conferment ceremony was held on Thursday, October 30th, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center Clark, Pampanga, Philippines.

With over two decades of experience in construction management, commercial interiors, and green building consultancy, Wiza Hidayat has established himself as one of Indonesia’s leading figures in the built environment sector. Under his leadership, Arkadia Works has delivered more than 500 projects across 25 cities and 4 countries, introducing workplace design innovations for global brands such as Allianz, Pertamina, the United Nations, Telkom, OJK, and Astra.

His professional excellence has been acknowledged through numerous accolades, including the Ganesa Wirya Jasa Utama Award from ITB (2025), Wiza Hidayat has also received more than 15 international design awards, such as the Asia Pacific Property Awards (London), Architecture Masterprize (Los Angeles), iF Design Award (Germany), A’ Design Award (Milan), and Muse Design Award (New York).

Through his roles in the Institution of Engineers Indonesia (PII) and the Green Building Council Indonesia, Wiza actively promotes professional development, sustainability standards, and engineering excellence across the region.

His appointment as an AFEO Honorary Member stands as a testament to his visionary leadership, technical mastery, and enduring commitment to shaping a sustainable future for Indonesia and ASEAN.
