ARKADIA WORKS INAUGURATES NEW OFFICE, A MANIFESTION OF CREATIVITY AND COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY

Welcoming 2025, Arkadia Works officially inaugurated its new headquarters in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta.

The inauguration marks a significant moment in the company’s journey, ushering in a new era of business expansion, innovation, creativity, and collaboration to deliver exceptional designs.

The inauguration event was attended by prominent business partners and stakeholders, including Chairperson of Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) Ignesjz Kemalawarta, Vice Chairperson Prasetyoadi, Senior Associate Director of Colliers International Indonesia Rahmat Alam, Deputy Chair of the Indonesia Society of interior Designers (HDII) Jakarta Chapter Ariya Sradha, and Arkadia Works management team.

The new office is designed with a modern workspace concept emphasizing collaboration and creativity, aligning with the company’s vision, “Making The Great Workplace To Work.” This inspiring environment is set to empower employees to generate innovative and impactful ideas.

Arkadia Works CEO, Wiza Hidayat, expressed his gratitude for the support received in realizing the new office. “This is not just a physical move, but a big momentum for us to continue creating the best work that has a positive impact on the environment, society, customers and partners,” said Wiza.

This strategic move reflects Arkadia Works commitment to facing future challenges in the industry. With this new office, the company demonstrates its commitment in creating a workspace that is not only functional but also supports the growth of innovation and productivity.

The Arkadia Works HQ building reflects not only creativity, but also the company’s commitment to sustainability. This is proven by obtaining the EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) certificate from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group. After going through a science-based retrofitting and detailed assessment process, the building recorded efficiencies of 23% for energy savings, 30% for water, and 99% less embodied carbon in materials.

The EDGE Green Building Certificate was presented by Ignesjz Kemalawarta, Chairperson of the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI), to Arkadia Works CEO Wiza Hidayat during an official ceremony at the new office.

“This building is a clear example of how an office can integrate energy, water, and carbon efficiency, making a significant contribution to the environment,” Ignesjz said.

With this achievement, Arkadia Works further solidifies its commitment in combining sustainability with business growth. The new office serves not only as a workspace, but also as a statement of Arkadia Works’ dedication to a greener and more sustainable future for Indonesia.
