This year, Arkadia Works successfully held its Annual Gala 2026, bringing together all Arkadians to strengthen connections, share experiences, and celebrate another year of collaboration and shared achievements.

The Annual Gala served as a meaningful occasion to reconnect, exchange ideas, and reflect on the milestones made possible through collaboration, dedication, and teamwork. It also celebrated the people whose passion, creativity, and commitment continue to drive the growth of Arkadia Works.

The event began with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) socialization session, followed by the HSE Awards 2025, recognizing individuals who have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering a safe and healthy workplace culture.

During the evening, the celebration also highlighted Arkadia Works’ continued success on the international stage. Vaksindo Office “Immunova Core” received the Best Office Interior Indonesia award with a 5-Star distinction at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2026, while Arkadia Works HQ “House of Innovation” was recognized in the Office Interior Indonesia category at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2025. These achievements reflect the creativity, collaboration, and dedication behind every project.

A key highlight of the evening was the Employee Awards 2025, celebrating individuals whose outstanding contributions have made a meaningful impact on the company throughout the year. The recipients included Muhammad Reza Pahruroji as Star Employee Project Support, Maryani Kibtiah as Best Employee Support Services, Leonyta as Best Account Manager, Arif Fiarda as Best Site Supervisor, Khornelia Maya Refina as Best Project Manager, and Jessika Putri Aristi as Best Designer.

The evening also recognized long-serving employees for their dedication and loyalty to Arkadia Works. Ahmad Amin received the 10-Year Service Award, while Waluyo was honored with the 15-Year Service Award in appreciation of their long-standing commitment and valuable contributions.
