CEO of Arkadia Works, Wiza Hidayat, was invited as a guest lecturer by the School of Business and Management ITB to share Sustainability Practices and Leadership. In his session, he highlighted global challenges such as climate change, air pollution, flooding, and traffic congestion, and their growing impact on environmental and human systems.

He emphasized the importance of implementing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles as part of responsible and sustainable business practices, including in the office interior design sector. At Arkadia Works, this is reflected through energy-efficient design strategies, the use of environmentally friendly materials, and workspace solutions that support health and productivity.

Wiza also addressed Indonesia’s Net Zero Emission 2060 target as a key direction for industries, encouraging innovation, efficiency, and a strong commitment to carbon reduction.

Through this session, students were encouraged to see sustainability not only as an environmental issue, but also as an opportunity to create long-term impact and business value.
